Who is Jody Wales?
Jody has had a wide and varied career including chef, waitress, laboratory technician in a number of scientific fields and importing scientific equipment before making the leap in to Workplace Health & Safety in 2005. She has learned through the experience that has given her that the safest workplaces are ones that are more productive, have higher staff retention and fewer compensation claims. She firmly believes an investment in safety is an investment in your businesses viability, and she doesnt see why it should cost the earth. She understands that every business is unique, hers certainly is.
